What is Micro Needling?
This is the procedure of tiny pin pricks over an area of skin causing slight injury in order to encourage the skin to enter the healing process and make new collagen rich tissue.

Why do we Micro Needle?
To treat skin concerns via collagen production which is less invasive than that of some alternative treatments like surgery.

What skin concerns can be treated with Micro Needling?
Fine Lines, Wrinkles, acne scars, melasma, hyperpigmentation, stretch marks, hyrdration etc

What can I expect after my treatment?
Like all cosmetic procedures, micro needling isn’t without risk. The most common side effect is minor skin irritation immediately following the procedure. You may also see redness for a few days.

Who is suited to Micro Needling?
Generally speaking if you're in good health with skin concerns then Micro Needling may be suited to you. However if you have any of the following conditions then micro needling isn't right for you: Pregnant, open wounds or active acne, psoriasis, eczema or recently had radiation therapy.

How often can I have Micro Needing?
Micro Needling can be done once every 4 weeks.
​
How many treatments will I need?
This will be discussed with the esthetician at your appointment.
