Michelle communicates and confirms from time of booking so before and when you arrive you know exactly where to go and what to do according to her salon requirements. Michelle's service and skills were professional and letting me know what's happening at every step. Salon environment was so lovely and aftercare and making sure you are happy was most important to Michelle. Lots of different services on offer to pamper or enhance to give you a boost.
